Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
